A lyrical serenade
and a plead not to fade

She caught his eye
he stole her heart

suddenly
they couldnt bare to be apart

they promised to stay
a shoulder to cry on

someone
who wouldnt fade away

She wrote rhymes with emotions
that he knew were there

sometimes being without her
was too much to bear

Her intentions
and emotions

fluttered before his eyes

placed in paraphrases
and rhymes

so he found the emotions
he so dearly missed
