I kept pushing this pen
Ink spilled
Crossed out words but thoughts
You could feel
My words killed
So I dropped the blue steel
For something that could deal
With this violence that was so real

Positivity concieved
Gave reasons to believe
That we could all achieve

Ambition put us on a mission
Now our words are
The key in the ignition
the spark to the engine

My mind is something like a instru-mental
No words
Just mental, thoughts
life has brought

The movement of
pencil and pen
that begins
words thoughts & ideas
that havent been taught

We cope because
writing brings hope
Droppin the pen
would be a sin

A dedication to all the poets
That write it
That fight it
That show it
That know it
