Its not just you…cause I for one agree
that GS poetry AINT what it used to be
Just a lot of BS and fake ass beef
But what u expect….just like the music industry

Some of its real but most of it is fake
See, me I used to put my life on the plate
Had my family…my wife and kids at stake
Posted my expressions didn’t give a fuck about a rate
Just said what I felt that I needed to say
Used to read shit in which I could relate
Needless to say that’s part of why I had to skate
Just felt like I was loggin on to myspace
To many youngins trying to pick up a date
Plus half these katz aint ever move no weight

Is what I needed just to get back to me
Had to exercise my right to the freedom of speech
Let my inner soul leak
Cuz so many youngins would mis-understand the flo of the ink
But re-think….I preached about my life in the streets
If u haven’t “IF I COULD GO BACK” is a piece
u need to read….please
Cause I let my heart bleed
thru these computer screens
My place of restoration
The place I scream….and let go of childish dreams
But these beefs on GS is like a chop at the knees
For real writers who write real po-e-try

I dare GS to get back to the site that the poets fell in love with
When every other word wasn’t nigga or bitch
Somehow WE flipped the script
And I say WE cause I never excluded myself from being part of the click
Part of the glitch
in the system
Just speaking my mind and hopefully giving some wisdom
Hoping that u not just hearing me but somebody PLEASE LISTEN

If even from a distance
Cause I know this will fly over somebody’s head
.....damn…..somebody just missed him
Dismiss him from the rest cause I’m like no other
