"~Is there room for me~"
  by shaybaby69

I Need You Now - Smokie Norful

Here i am again kneeling before you
...father i am so sorry for what i did last night
i know that is the easy way out
...but father you see my pain you see the things i face
not just sometimes..but everyday
... i struggle so hard to make a better for my daughter and i
but it seems to never be enough for some people
....so i come to you with fear in my eyes
emptiness in my heart...
...pain in my soul....
and scraped knees from my many attempts to rise yet fall again....
....i try to come to you everyday i swear but i get so caught up
in life that i forget the praise the one responsible for giving it to me
....if you turn me away i would not be disappointed
i would understand for i have not be a faithful follower
...and if i may say although you were not in my thoughts sometimes
you are ALWAYS in my heart
.....father i need you now
i no longer have a love to call my own
...and my self esteem is slowly spiraling downhill
i need you to reach out for me and once again wrap me...
in your blanket of security and i swear to you this time
...im going to take what you give me and run with it
and this time i will not look back
...for i know if i do the devil will trip me and once again
i will be his pawn...
so father please i just have to know is there anymore room
....even just a corner left for me
with tears in my eyes i say this prayer to you lord
........I need you now i just hope there is room for me

You had better believe that the LORD has room for you. It does not matter from whence you came, as long as you come. It matters not how many scrapes, scratches or how battered your heart is, HE is a heart fixer, and a mind regulator. And by the way HE already knew you were going to sin before you were born. HE swaid a man is born into sin and iniquity and that none, none are perfect except the FATHER. That is part of the pact of Calvary. HE'S already paid for our sins! All we have to do is love ...
