I wait

In this glass fishbowl
For a pair of hands from love’s embrace
To caress my listless state and bring me up
From a heartless life
A seed in dire need of water
And then one day
I feel the grooves from your palm
And the skies open up

And like rose, I grow
Adorning me in white
Laced tights
Almost complete
You make my insides so soft
Whipped cotton
You kiss my heart
Spinning around three times
To make one last wish
